New photo contest: Sources of Inspiration 2009

What do you wish for?

“You’ve known for a long time that my greatest wish is to be a journalist, and later on, a famous writer. In any case, after the war I’d like to publish a book called ‘The Secret Annex’.” Anne Frank wrote this in her diary on May 11, 1944.
What do you wish for? Enter our Sources of Inspiration photo contest and let us know! Represent your ambition, dream or ideal in a photo, and explain why you took precisely that picture. We’re looking for original and personal photos that tell a good story.

The contest is open to anyone from 13 to 18 years of age at the time of sending in their entries. You can send in your photo up to and including 15 October 2009.

Prizes

Seven winning photos will be chosen, and our panel of judges will select the three best entries from among these winners. These three overall winners will receive the following prizes:
• First prize: a Canoncamera.
• Second prize: an iPod Nano.
• Third prize: an iPod Shuffle.

The seven winning entrants will all receive an Anne Frank package consisting of an edition of the diary, the DVD ‘The Short Life of Anne Frank’ and the photo book ‘Anne Frank and Family’.
