Margot goes into hiding with her parents and sister at Prinsengracht 263.

The people in hiding are arrested and sent to the Westerbork transit camp (the Netherlands).

Margot and the other people in hiding are deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau extermination camp (occupied Poland).
September 6, 1944
Arrival at Auschwitz-Birkenau. Margot survives the selection.

Margot is deported with Anne to Bergen-Belsen concentration camp (Germany).

Margot dies of typhus in Bergen-Belsen.
