I read the Diary of Anne Frank as a young girl and again as an Adult and I cried both times. I was touched by the courage of those that hid her family, her family and also of Anne Frank herself. I think that WWII and the way that the Nazi's treated the Jews was one of the most horrific wars that I studied in school and it will always be the one that I will remember for the cruelty from a young age. I just wish that we could have learned from this and that all wars would end.

Anne Frank to me is a romodel. Even though i didn't know her & i didn't live during the WW2 when i read her diary i could picture what she was going through. Her story really inspired me.
