My Grand Parents were Romanian Jews that came to the US in the 1920's Marting Luther King Jr. said " History will have to record that the greatest tragedy of this period of social transition was not the strident clamor of the bad people, but the appalling silence of the good people. Let the peoples on this earth not forget this....so the lives that were lost during this conflict were not lost in vain. Couldn't even imagine the feeling of waking up one morning and anyone with the name "Smith" is to be jailed or killed with the name "Smith" is their only crime.

Anne Frank is a phenomenon to literature, and very interesting to read as we are learning about the story in class.
