I thought it was depressing how she hid away for two years with seven other people and almost all of them ended up being killed in the end. It must have been difficult and you can tell it was by reading her diary or watching the movie.

The story of Anne Frank is so moving, she was such a strong girl. I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to be living in an attic for two years with that many people. She was so resilient through such a tough time. Being hated by a large group of people would be very hard, and I don't think I would even be able to be that positive through it all. Anne Frank will always be an important part in our history.

Wow, gorgeous portal. Thnx ..., 19 - Bastia - France - 14 May 2017

This story gets to me personally. Since I've been learning more and more about this, I've thought about it everyday. It breaks my heart. I don't understand how Hitler or anybody for that matter, could be so brutal and believe in such a way. Anne was such a young, witty person, if she would have survived she would have accomplished wonderful things. She, and all of the young boys and girls that lost their lives this way, will always be remembered.

This story moved me because she had so much potential. She could have been one of the greatest minds of the 20th century, but because of someone else's hate she was silenced.

In many ways, Anne reminds me of myself at that age. Energetic, enthusiastic, a bit too outspoken at times, and very passionate about life. I wish she had survived the holocaust, but then, in a way, she has. The words she wrote in her diary live on. Rest in peace dear Anne. You are known and loved by people all over the world.
