Margot is seven years old when her parents decide to emigrate to the Netherlands. Soon she speaks Dutch fluently and makes new friends. Margot is a bright girl and is fond of sports. After the war she wants to become a maternity assistant. Her dream would not come true. Between July 1942 and August 1944 she was hiding in the Secret Annex. In March 1945 she dies in concentration camp Bergen-Belsen, just weeks before its liberation.
