Dutch design award

This year, visitors themselves can for the first time decide which finalist in the Dutch Design Awards 2011 (DDA) is eligible for the Public Award. In previous years, the jury preselected six finalists, now the visitors themselves can choose their favourite from all 45 finalists. Amongst the finalists is our portal including The Secret Annex Online and the Anne Frank Timeline.

In this way, DDA aims to achieve a greater public involvement in Dutch design. From September 8, visitors can vote for their candidate through the DDA-website.

Dutch Design Awards (DDA) are internationally renowned prizes that are annually awarded by a professional jury to the very best in the field of Dutch Design. In this way, DDA provides a platform where the best of Dutch Design – across its full width – is recognised and exhibited.
