In the past week, various media have published articles regarding the wearing of a kippah in the Anne Frank House. The incorrect impression these publications gave that staff at the Anne Frank House is not permitted to wear a kippah understandably evoked response and emotions. We regret that such a misunderstanding has arisen, and we would like to provide an explanation by means of this letter.
