I'm an Argentinian living in the state for 15+ years. No process to re-establish democracy and the rule of law can be perfect after so many years of dictatorship, however, I believe that (and initiatives like this one are proof) they are in the right path. I applaude the agreement with the Military to enable cadets to participate in the programs
