Based on Anne’s life story, we develop educational programmes and publications. Our educational programmes and products are designed to encourage young people to reflect on social developments, then and now, with a focus on prejudice, discrimination, racism, and antisemitism.
Your donation helps us carry out our mission: to manage and run Anne Frank’s hiding place and generate global interest in Anne Frank’s life story.

Tax deductions for charitable gifts
The Anne Frank House has been classified by the Dutch tax authorities as an ANBI (Public Benefit Organisation), RSIN number 002954485. This means that there are various options for deducting your charitable donations to the Anne Frank House from your income tax. Moreover, the Anne Frank House is not required to pay gift tax on your donation. And so, every euro fully benefits the Anne Frank House’s mission.
Donations from the USA
The Anne Frank House has established an ‘Anne Frank House Fund’ with the Netherland-America Foundation (NAF), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organisation. Gifts from U.S. donors to our Friends Fund are therefore fully tax deductible. Supporting the Anne Frank House through the NAF eliminates the need for the Anne Frank House to create and administer its own charitable organisation in the U.S., saving expenses associated with accounting, auditing, legal counselling, and filing annual tax returns.
