Finland

Travelling exhibitions and activities

The Anne Frank House works in Finland to share Anne’s story and promote education about the Second World War, antisemitism, prejudice, human rights, and democracy.

Our educational activities in Finland are centred on our travelling exhibitions, which can be hosted in schools and public spaces across the country. These interactive exhibitions encourage dialogue and critical reflection while bringing Anne Frank’s story directly to students and local communities.

Please note that our materials are not available in Finnish; however, a wide range of resources is available in English. Looking for additional educational materials? Explore all our educational programmes using the link below:

Local Partner
We are proud to work with our local partner in Finland, the Peace Education Institute (Rauhankasvatusinstituutti RKI ry). Together, we bring our travelling exhibitions to schools across Finland.

History
In 2012, the Anne Frank House’s travelling exhibition Anne Frank – A History for Today (Anne Frank – Historiaa Nykypäivälle) toured Finland for the first time. The exhibition visited ten cities across the country, introducing thousands of visitors to Anne Frank’s story.
