Below, we answer frequently asked questions about buying tickets, visiting the museum, group visits, and more.

According to our visiting conditions we do not reschedule tickets or give refunds. Not even in case of circumstances beyond your control, such as public transport problems, a negative travel advice or personal circumstances. We are sorry to disappoint you. 

In these exceptional times with all the corona measures, we would like to make an exception to our visiting conditions, but unfortunately this is not possible. We are a small museum with limited capacity. Unlike a number of large museums, we cannot easily reschedule tickets or give vouchers. In addition, as an independent, non-subsidized museum, it is not financially feasible for us to refund tickets. That is why we clearly communicate on our website that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, so you know in advance where you stand.
