Belgium

Travelling exhibitions and activities

The Anne Frank House works throughout Belgium to share Anne’s story and encourage education about the Second World War, antisemitism, prejudice, human rights, and democracy.

Across Belgium, we offer a range of educational initiatives centered on our traveling exhibitions. These engaging, interactive exhibitions can be presented in schools, cultural institutions, and public venues nationwide, making it easier for communities to connect with Anne Frank’s story and its relevance today. Our exhibitions and educational programs are available in both Dutch and French, ensuring accessibility for communities throughout the country. Interested in discovering more educational resources? Local partner
We are proud to work with trusted partners across Belgium to deliver Holocaust education and human rights programs. To ensure effective outreach in both of the country's main language communities, we collaborate with a dedicated partner in Flanders and with our French partner in Wallonia. Using two different exhibitions as the foundation of our educational work, we organize exhibitions and school programs that reach communities throughout the country.

History
Our work in Belgium began in 2005, when we hosted our first exhibition in the country. Since then, we have continued to expand our educational activities, reaching both students and educators across Belgium.
