Travelling exhibitions and activities

Since 2002 the Anne Frank House has been active in Suriname, with travelling exhibitions and educational activities. On March 7 2020 the exhibition Let me be myself, the life story of Anne Frank together with the exhibition Joseph Nassy and Suriname during World War Two was opened in Paramaribo.

From March 5 until April 8 the exhibition was expected to receive around 5000 students from the Mulo schools from all over Suriname, but unfortunately due to the COVID-19 virus the schools in Suriname closed on Monday March 16 and will stay closed at least until the end of April. The organizers of the exhibit hope to start again with receiving schools in November 2020.
