Anne Frank's story goes further than the Anne Frank House. In cooperation with local partners, the Anne Frank House develops projects and travelling exhibitions around the world, bringing Anne's life story and ideals to new generations. And there are many other places that commemorate the Second World War and the Holocaust. Discover more with the suggestions below.

Other Places of Remembrance

There are many places in the Netherlands that commemorate the Second World War, the Holocaust, and the persecution of the Jews. These include the National Holocaust Museum, the Dutch Resistance Museum, the Oranjehotel and the former concentration and transit camps at Westerbork, Amersfoort and Vught.

Preserve the Anne Frank House for Future Generations

The Anne Frank House carries a powerful and lasting message. The memory of those in hiding and Anne Frank’s original diaries shows us what prejudice and exclusion can lead to. Preserving this historical heritage and conserving the collection is costly, but essential to keeping that memory alive.

Help us preserve this historical place. Together we’ll ensure that future generations can continue to learn from it.
