Tickets during Corona lockdown

Questions about a planned visit in March, April and May 2020

Reschedule

My visit was scheduled during the time the Anne Frank House was closed (March 13 – May 12). I would like to rebook my tickets.  

You can rebook your tickets up to two years after the original visit date. Please inform us about your preferred day and time of visit. Depending on availability we will try to accommodate your request or suggest a different time.

You can send an email to services@annefrank.nl. We kindly ask you to include the details of the original booking: name, date, time, number of visitors and email address.

Please be advised that it is not possible to book additional tickets.

My visit with an introductory program was scheduled during the time the Anne Frank House was closed (March 13 – May 12). I would like to reschedule my reservation.

It is possible to rebook your tickets up to two years after the original visit date. Please inform us about your preferred day and time of visit. Depending on availability we will try to accommodate your request or suggest a different time. Because of the limited capacity of our lecture rooms we are not able to guarantee the introduction program. However, we will do our utmost best. If it is not possible to follow an introduction program, the amount for the introduction program will be reimbursed.

Refund

My visit was scheduled during the time the Anne Frank House was closed (March 13 – May 12). I would like the ticket fee to be refunded.

You can send an email to services@annefrank.nl. Do not forget to include the details of the original booking: name, date, time, number of visitors and email address. The amount will be reimbursed into the account with which you have made your payment.

I have previously sent in my request to issue a refund but it seems that my refund has not been processed yet. When can I expect it?

Our apologies. We kindly ask you to inform us again about your request. Please send an email to services@annefrank.nl . Do not forget to include the details of the original booking: name, date, time, number of visitors and email address. The amount will be reimbursed into the account with which you have made your payment as soon as possible.

My reservation for an educational schoolprogram or intorducoty program for a group was scheduled during the periode the museum was closed (March 13 – May 12). I would like to rebook this reservation.

The current restrictions regarding Corona do not allow us to welcome larger (school)groups for educational or introductory programs. We therefore offer to rebook these programs up to two years after the original visit date.
